The Tarāpunga Trust is proud to sponsor the creation and ongoing management of a specialized ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) mobile van, dedicated to delivering vital healthcare services to the communities of Te Tai Tokerau Northland, New Zealand. Partnering with Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora, the mobile unit travels throughout the region, providing accessible and high-quality ENT care for those in need. By bringing specialist services directly to the community, the Tarāpunga Trust aims to improve health outcomes and support the well-being of Northland’s residents.

The Tarapunga is a purpose-designed mobile clinic. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, it offers comprehensive ENT evaluations, treatments and minor procedures on-site. By eliminating the need for long travel to distant hospitals, the mobile clinic ensures that residents of Northland can receive timely and quality ENT care, ultimately enhancing the overall health and well-being of the region.
